PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purge gas processing device of an internal combustion engine for uniformly distributing purge gas to both passage parts of two-piece parts of an intake air passage. SOLUTION: In this purge gas processing device of the internal combustion engine, an expanding chamber 23 is arranged in a just upstream part of the intake air passage opening end 22 of a purge gas sucking passage 20. In the purge gas processing device of the internal combustion engine, a straight line part 24 parallel to a partition wall 13, extending in the in-plane direction including the intake air passage axis and having the length not less than at least a purge port diameter is arranged in the just upstream side of the intake air passage opening end 22 of the purge gas sucking passage 20. The purge gas processing device of the internal combustion engine has a curved part 25 parallel to the partition wall 13 from a part having a passage vertical to the partition wall 13 toward the downstream side from the upstream side and turning in the vertical direction to the intake air passage in the just upstream part of the intake air passage opening end 22 of the purge gas sucking passage 20, and is provided with a projection part 26 on a wall inside surface on the outside of a bend of the curved part 25.
