PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skid injecting type advancing technology allowing construction of pipelines reflecting the axial resistance of a buried pipe, depending little on soil conditions. SOLUTION: In constructing the pipeline 23 while applying thrust to a buried pipe group comprising advancing pipes 25 and skid injecting exclusive pipes 26 disposed following a boring machine 24, in an advancing direction by an initial pushing device 24A and filling a skid between the buried pipe group and the natural ground 28, a tension detector 30 for detecting axial resistance is provided between the advancing pipe 25 and the skid injecting exclusive pipe 26, and the injecting quantity of the skid is controlled on the basis of the detection output of the tension detector 30.
