PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple frame of a building structure, preventing the building structure from collapsing due to a big earthquake, a typhoon, a tornado, etc., and easily undergoing the execution of work. SOLUTION: A curved elastic coupling material 5 is fixed to the joint parts of a beam, a support 3, and an underground beam 1 in such a manner that contact surfaces are parallel to each other by means of a fastening material 6. A raw material for the coupling material 5 is made to have elasticity in itself though it is not particularly specified.
