PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication equipment, a communication system and its method by which a user side receiving an advertisement can control an output mode of attached information to the advertisement or the like. SOLUTION: A filter 72 separates a broadcast signal S60 received by a reception section 71 into a program signal PS and an attached signal AS. A program signal memory 73 stores the program signal PS and an attached signal memory 74 stores the attached signal AS. In the case that a user instructs an output of attached information, a display signal is generated by using the program signal PS and the attached signal AS, and when not, only the program signal PS is read from the memory and the display signal is generated.
