PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure for a tower-like steel structure capable of being assembled at a small cost in a short time even at a place where the work is difficult such as a mountain area by connecting the foundation piles driven into the ground and the foundation riser member of the tower- like structure by welding via a strong steel product at a site. SOLUTION: When a plurality of steel pipe piles are used for the foundation of the tower-like structure, the apexes of the driven steel pipe piles are connected to one strong steel product by on-site welding or bolt-connection. The horizontal level of the steel product is kept horizontal to the ground, and the foundation riser member of the tower-like steel structure is directly connected to the steel product connected to the apexes of the steel pipe piles by on-site welding or bolt-connection to form a foundation integrated structure.
