PURPOSE: To provide a work vehicle capable of finely adjusting the work speed of work machines and the travel speed of the vehicle in response to the changes of the work details and work conditions during the work based on the predetermined work modes of the work machines and capable of improving the work safety and work efficiency or the like. CONSTITUTION: This work vehicle is provided with a mode switching means comprising a mode selector switch 9 or the like of work modes of one or more work machines. A speed fine control switch 8b finely adjusting the work speed and/or travel speed set in each mode to the speed outside the range by a manual action is provided. A flow adjusting valve 4 or the like arranged on drive circuits of an engine 1, pumps 2, one or more work machines and a travel motor is operated by the output signal via the operation of the speed fine control switch 8b, and the engine speed and pump discharge quantity are adjusted. The optimum work mode of the work machine is effectively obtained according to the work contents and work conditions under implementation or the skill of the like of an operator even in the environment that the work range is changed or an obstacle exists or not, and stable vehicle travelability and the operability of the work machine can be realized.
