摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable learning of relationship between transmission position and output value in a rotational position detecting means. SOLUTION: An automatic transmission is provided with an electric actuator 3, a gear-shifting operation means 25, a rotational position detecting means 9, a positioning means for positioning manual shaft and control means 20 for driving the control of the actuator. The features of the transmission are a current-detecting means 23 for detecting the drive current of the actuator 3, a gear-shifting position indexing means 21 for indexing the gear shifting position of the actuator 3 by the current-detecting means 23 detecting variations in the drive current of the actuator 3, when a detent pin goes over a projecting part and falls into a prescribed recessed part, a rotational position detecting study means 21 for studying the relationship between a gear shifting position indexed by the gear shifting position indexing means 21 and an output value, obtained by a rotational position detection means 9.
