PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing device capable of properly reproducing musical data or the like which can be recorded. SOLUTION: A control part 13 generates a copy administration list for administrating whether or not each track recorded in a CD 11 is inhibited against copying, and stores it in memory 14. The control part 13 generates an initial play list containing all the tracks of the CD 11. Thereafter, when discriminating that a recording device 2 has been brought into recording stand-by state, the control part 13 deletes copy-inhibition tracks from the play list according to the copy administration list stored in the memory 14, and updates the play list into a list only for the tracks which may be copied. The control part 13 reproduces only the tracks which may be recorded in the recording device 2 according to the updated play list. |
