PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite device and composite method for a standard wave hardly affected by noise. SOLUTION: First to third signals included in the standard wave received with a receiver circuit are converted to pulses having respectively corresponding duties. A level detection means 12 sets a judgment region except regions where all pulse levels become the same, and detects a combination of level variation of each pulse in the judgment region. A judgment means 14 judges which pulse of the first to the third signals is shown from the combination of the level variation. |
