摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mycoplasma infectious disease diagnostic technique capable of executing diagnosis of a mycoplasma infectious disease executed by using a cold agglutination reaction, by using an optical means in a short time with high precision. SOLUTION: In diagnosis of mycoplasma infectious disease, light is projected to a test tube 10 in which the serum of a patient is collected and stored by a floodlighting part 2, and light transmitted through the test tube 10 is electrically detected by a light-receiving part 3, and the cold agglutination reaction in the serum of the patient is optically examined from the detection value (absorbance). Hereby, the diagnosis whether the patient is infected by the mycoplasma infectious disease or not can be executed by far in a short time with high precision compared with hitherto.
