PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic flowmeter of improved insulation performance by constituting a lining body with a plurality of insulating layers having specific characteristics. SOLUTION: Related to an electromagnetic flowmeter comprising the lining body provided on the internal surface of the measuring tube, the lining body comprises a plurality of insulating layers having any one of anti-corrosion characteristics, abrasion-resistant characteristics, anti-infiltration characteristics, chemical-resistant characteristics, thermal-deformation-resistant characteristics, or anti-sticking characteristics, respectively.
