PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat exchange efficiency of a thermoelectric converting means. SOLUTION: Thermoelectric converting means 5 are situated on a plurality of surface of a burning means 2 and a heat exchange means 6 is situated on a surface on the opposite side to a surface heated by the burning means 2. This constitution reduces total heat resistance of the thermoelectric converting means 5, increases a heat exchange amount to a heating medium, and improves the efficiency of heat exchange to a heating medium with respects a combustion heat. Further, a generating power is increased and a heating medium forced- circulation means 7 can be stably driven.
