PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to control temperature distribution inside a furnace to be the desired temperature distribution in heating the inside of the furnace with a combustion control pattern, wherein the combustion states of a plurality of dispersedly arranged burners are predetermined in accordance with the elapse of time. SOLUTION: A control means 100 controls the combustion state in the combustion control patterns of a plurality of burners 4 dispersedly arranged inside the furnace 13 changing with each of burners.
