PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing facility with which a hot dip galvanized steel sheet or a galvannealed steel sheet having good coated appearance and further, excellent plating adhesion can be produced. SOLUTION: This facility is disposed with a steel sheet cleaning device, a solution applying device for applying the solution of a material containing S on the surface of the steel sheet, an all radiant tube type annealing furnace, a hot dip galvanizing bath or further an alloying furnace in order. The steel sheet cleaning device is desirable to dispose a degreasing means, a pickling treatment means or further, a water-washing means and a drying means in order. Further, the solution applying device is desirable to be a roll-coat system.
