PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow use without any leakage for analyzing gas or liquid with a high temperature or pressure and to facilitate separation between base boards tightly adhering to each other, replacement of an unnecessary part, and recovery of a degraded part so as to realize a multilayer structure flow cell for providing the flow cell and its manufacturing method allowing addition or change of a function of an analyzer economically and quickly. SOLUTION: In this flow cell, a base board having a fine flow passage pattern formed on the surface and a flat base board are tightly bonded face to face for forming a fine flow passage, while on at least one face side of the opposedly abutted faces between the base boards, an easily stickable/releasable plastic elastic film (PDMS film) is attached, and the tight abutting faces of the both PDMS film-attached base boards are overlapped by each other. Then, the flow cell is formed when the base boards are tightly bonded onto each other by means of a pressing means pressing the base boards from their both sides. In maintenance, the bonded faces of the both PDMS film-attached base boards are released so as to be separated from each other.
