PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor operated switching valve by which a consumption of electric power can be reduced, and also a noise is hardly caused, and equipment cost and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed low, with a relatively simple construction and the sealing performance of a valve disc for a flow outlet can be improved yet more. SOLUTION: This motor operated diverter valve has a can 11; a stepping motor 12 comprised of a stator 13 mounted on the outside circumference of the can 11 and a rotor 17 placed disposedly in the inside circumference of the can 11 or the like; a rotatable valve disc 20 provided in the inside circumferential side of the rotor 17 in an integrally turnable state with it; and a valve seat member 30 disposed opposite to the face side of one end of this rotatable valve disc 20. A plurality of the flow outlets 32, 33 are made to open to the seat face 30a of the valve seat member 30 and to rotate to the rotatable valve disc 20, while slidably being brought into contact with the seat face 31a, and also there is provided a closing valve trim portion 20B forced to close a plurality of the flow 32, 33 outlets selectively, in conformity with the stop position of its rotation, and a cylindrical portion 30C made to function as a bearing supporting a valve holder 27 joined rotatably to the rotatable disc 20 and the rotor 17 in the integrally turnable state is provided projectingly on the seat face 30a of the valve seat member 30.
