PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting attaching structure for a position sensor that can optionally adjust the mounting position of a position sensor in the stroke direction of a cylinder, and can avoid a sanitation problem since it is difficult for liquid to stand the outer surface of the structure. SOLUTION: This mounting structure has a rail member 106 fixed at the outer side of a cylinder tube 14, a sensor mounting mechanism having a holder 112 that holds a position sensor 110 and is slidably set along the rail member 106. Furthermore, the rail member 106 and the holder 112 form chamfer parts 118 chamfered by the given radius of curvature.
