PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve high frequency muffler performance and low frequency muffler performance. SOLUTION: This muffler is provided with a housing 2, an inner pipe 3 provided so as to form a plurality of small holes 4 and to pass through the housing 2 and a sound absorbing material 6 filled into a muffler chamber 5 surrounded by the housing 2 and the inner pipe 3. The plurality of small holes 4 are unevenly provided at one end side of the inner pipe 3.
