PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire resistive partition wall exhibiting excellent fire resistance efficiency by forming a fire resistive heat insulating layer without drop out of a foamed thermal expansion fire resistive sheet from the adherend even if the thermal expansion fire resistive sheet is slowly heated. SOLUTION: A laminated body 4 laminating inorganic heat insulating materials 2 and 2 on both sides of the thermal expansion fire resistive sheet 1 is placed between fire resisting coated materials 3 and 3 to use an integral forming one for the fire resistive partition wall.
