PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder fuel injection engine with a supercharger for improving output, improving fuel consumption and preventing generation of smoke by stably injecting a required quantity of fuel over the whole operation area. SOLUTION: In this cylinder fuel injection engine 1 with the supercharger for introducing fresh air pressurized by a turbocharger (the supercharger) 25 into respective cylinders 3 and forming an air-fuel mixture by directly injecting the fuel into the fresh air introduced into the cylinders 3 by a cylinder injection injector (a first injector) 24, port injection injectors (second injectors) 35 for injecting the fuel are respectively arranged with respective cylinders in the middle of an intake air manifold (respective suction passages) 34 downstream of the turbocharger 25 separately from the cylinder injection injector 24.
