PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave circuit or a millimeter wave circuit using a waveguide which enables to adjust the degree of electromagnetic coupling between a main waveguide and a subwaveguide constituting a cavity or the like. SOLUTION: A coupling hole 3 is formed on a sidewall of a main waveguide 1. Then a subwaveguide constituting a cavity or the like is connected to the sidewall of the main waveguide 1, and a coupling adjuster screw 8 is mounted near the coupling hole 3 formed on the sidewall of the main waveguide 1. Characteristics of the waveguide circuit that are changed by the manufacturing accuracy of the coupling hole 3 are corrected and adjusted by controlling the magnetic field vector using the coupling adjuster screw 8.
