PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient refrigerating cycle system having a small size and using a carbonic acid gas (CO2) by preventing an obstruction of a heat transfer due to refrigerating machine oil discharged into a cycle and an increase in a pressure loss. SOLUTION: The refrigerating cycle system comprises the carbonic acid gas (CO2) sealed as a refrigerant, and an oil of a sealing amount as for lubricating in assembling and operating a compressor at 40 wt.% or less of the gas (CO2) sealing amount. Thus, a decrease in a heat transfer rate and an increase in a pressure loss of a radiator can be suppressed to a very small value, and influences of an increase in size of the radiator and a decrease in an efficiency can be almost eliminated.
