摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of an electrode body and its manufacturing method which can simplify a structure and downsize a whole device, bond a coating film accurately and efficiently in continuous transferring of a sheet, and also can easily correspond to a change of bonding patterns the coating film. SOLUTION: A strip base material film 18 having an electrode film 17 is turned around a first roller 11, and a likewise strip-shaped electrolyte film 19 is turned around a second roller 12 arranged near the first roller 11. By rotations of the both rollers 11, 12, both sheets 18 and 19 are transferred in a longitudinal direction in a polymerized condition of the electrode film 17 and the electrolyte film 19 between the both rollers 11 and 12. In advance of the polymerization of the electrode film 17 and the electrolyte film 19, laser beam LB is irradiated on at least either the electrode film 17 or the electrolyte film 19 from a laser beam irradiation device 21, and the electrode film 17 is bonded with the electrolyte film 19 from the base material film 18 by its polymerization afterwards.
