PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the amplitude and phase of the light from an object with high SNR. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an image pickup part 2, in which semiconductor light-detecting elements 2 are arrayed in two-dimensionally and a light-emitting part 3 arranged at the light incident side of the image pickup part for emitting reference lights, having a prescribed frequency difference with the frequencies of the incident lights to the image pickup part. Then, the incident lights and the reference lights from the light emitting element part are multiplexed and are detected by the image pickup part. |
