PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system by which a customer can receive merchandise/ service that is closer to his desire, and meanwhile, a provider side can provide merchandise/service in anticipation of demand and risk involved in the merchandise/service development can be reduced further. SOLUTION: An mediation organization and its system are provided on an open network system. A user publicly notifies, e.g. the specifications, etc., of a desired software while deciding the price and period of the specifications on the system. The mediating asset organization presents an applicable right adjusting method and a payment method, in response to the proposal. When the user agrees to the proposal, the user entrusts the price. A user, who agrees to the agreed specification and right condition, adds the price as a supporter. A provider develops a software product, etc., according to the specifications, the right condition and the total amount of the whole users and provides the mediating asset with the software product. The mediating organization evaluates the product and provides the users with its evaluation. When the mediating organization decides that the product fundamentally satisfies the specifications, the mediating organization pays the provider for the product. |
