The hot water supply tank is provided with a large number of temperature sensors 70A-70F in the height direction, the controller sets a temperature sensor located at a position in the hot water supply tank corresponding to a required quantity of hot water as a hot water storage limit sensor, and hot water can be stored up to the position of the hot water storage limit sensor in the hot water supply tank by heating up water in the hot water supply tank by means of the heat exchanger for hot water supply.
