PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for applying electric protection for a marine structure coated with titanium while preventing the embrittlement of the titanium material. SOLUTION: In this method for protecting corrosion of a marine structure, the splashed part and the fluxed part in a marine structure are coated with titanium, the lower edge part of the titanium-coated part is coated with a metal electrochemically nobler than steel or a metal whose potential in seawater is nobler than that of steel, and the region in contact with seawater in the marine structure is subjected to potential coating and sacrificial anode type electric potential or/and external power source type electric protection. |
