PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten acceptance of a customer with attaining a billing way of charge responding to power-saving effect or the like in a billing system and method of saved power charge by using a power-saving apparatus for domestic or business. SOLUTION: A power-saving apparatus 1 connected to a control device 3 as a power-saving control device via a communication line 2, the apparatus 1, device 3 and a display device 4 carry respective input/output and mutual communication for data about power-saving information 6 as data about saved power and about the saved power charge or as data about the charges via the line 2. A power-saving enterprise 5 makes a charge of the charge to each store as a customer based on the displaying contents on the device 4. With attaining the billing way of charge responding to power-saving effect, the billing system enabling to heighten acceptance of the customer is achieved. |
