<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display controller with improved convenience for retrieving data by displaying the position of a displayed area in a data storage area with the display position of a cursor. SOLUTION: A display controller moves an area displayed at a display part in the direction of rotation according to the rotating operation of a track ball (a step S319). Then, central position coordinate data are updated to the central position coordinate data after the movement processing (a step S320), and cursor position coordinates in the area are calculated based on the updated central position coordinate data (a step S321). Then, a cursor is moved to the calculated cursor position coordinates (a step S322), and the cursor is displayed at a display part together with the area (a step 8323) so that the position of the display area in the data storage area can be grasped according to the movement of the cursor. Thus, it is possible to easily retrieve and select desired data.</p> |
