PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the simplest method and system that initialize many terminals and a line concentrator connected to a local area from a center position. SOLUTION: A remote power feeder S10 remotely feeds power to terminals T1, T3, especially to the T3 whose power is locally fed or remotely fed on the occurrence of a fault in a local power feed means S3. Using the interruption of remotely fed power from the remote power feeder S10 to the terminal as a control signal can control initialization of the remotely controllable terminal T3 whose power is locally fed.
