PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide loudspeaker attaching devices, which have such shapes that their attaching structures can be manufactured by means of one manufacturing device, can be incorporated in equipment by changing their attaching positions to a loudspeaker box at each assembled product having a different size, can reduce the total numbers of parts, and can secure uniform tone qualities and electronic equipment having the attaching devices. SOLUTION: Each of two loudspeaker-attaching devices 10R and 10L, respectively incorporated in two enclosures 2 of the equipment, is provided with the loudspeaker box 30 having a loudspeaker and the attaching structure 32 to the box 30, which holds the box 30 in a mountable space SP or SP1 of one of the enclosures 2 of the equipment, when the structure 32 is put in the attaching section 50 of the box 30.
