PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness clamp releasable by finger-tip operation so designed as to maintain surface smoothness of an interior material laid. SOLUTION: The harness clamp comprises a frame body having an engagement port with flange edge which is inscribed in the peripheral wall of penetrated opening formed in a clamped member, at least one L-shaped leg of which a leg root connected to the internal circumference wall of the flange edge by a hinge and a leg tip are bent in generally right angle at an inflection point, a cover body having a insertion leg to be inserted into the engagement port of the frame body by pressing the leg root of the L-shaped leg, and a clamp body which bundles up and holds a wire harness connected to the cover body by a hinge.
