PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality and mass-producible clip with its handle serviceable as an outer clip, and provide its production method and an application as a novelty. SOLUTION: A clipping body 10 having a pair of clipping plates forms a moving piece 22 having a curling part 22b at the top end, around the center of the clipping plate 20. A pair of tongue pieces 23 is formed at the both side of the moving piece 22. When the moving piece 22 is faced to the tongue piece 23 each other, a force that acts internally applies to the moving piece 22, a force that acts externally applies to the tongue piece 23. Furthermore, a pair of stoppers 43 is formed at a right and left position corresponding to the tongue piece 23 is the clipping plate 20 of a ring handle 40 made of a wire material. The axis part 42 is fixedly attached to the curling part 22b as touching the stoppers 43 to the tongue piece 23.
