PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fuel gathered in a bottom part of a valve chest to smoothly flow to an intake air passage even in ordinary operation of an engine. SOLUTION: A rotary throttle valve 4 having a throttle hole 5 is embedded in the cylindrical valve chest 3 orthogonal to the intake air passage 6 of a carburetor body 2. A needle supported by the rotary throttle valve 4 is embedded in a fuel supply pipe 7 projecting to the throttle hole 5 of the rotary throttle valve 4 from a constant pressure fuel chamber of a bottom part of the carburetor body 2. Opening of the throttle hole 5 to the intake air passage 6 is increased by a rotational movement of the rotary throttle valve 4, and opening of a fuel nozzle port 7a of the fuel supply pipe 7 is increased by the rise of the rotary throttle valve 5. A through hole 8 penetrating through the bottom part 10 of the valve chest 3 from the throttle hole 5 of the rotary throttle valve 4 is arranged in the vicinity of the fuel supply pipe 7.
