PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly discharge the leaked water in branch pipes in a feed water piping system. SOLUTION: Start end sections of flexible division pipes connected to water- using apparatuses in a habitable space are concentratedly merged at one point to form a header as a merging section on a division board. The division board is installed near an indoor ceiling section, and a feed water pipe is connected to the merging section of the header. The terminal discharge ports of the division pipes branched from the header are connected to the water-using apparatuses, and the division pipes are extended from insertion holes formed on the side walls of the casing of the division board. The insertion hole of a division pipe is formed at a position nearest to the bottom section of the casing than other insertion holes, and a sheath pipe is hermetically connected to the insertion hole at the low position so that the leaked water in the division board can be discharged to the outside of the division board via a downflow gap.
