PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a cable protective cover even to a ceiling surface, by enabling holding the cable temporarily, in a housed state of the cable in a base. SOLUTION: This cable protective cover P1, consists of a base V1 and a cover body L to be fitted on the base V1. The base V1 is provided with a abutting board portion (ceiling surface abutting portion) 1, which abuts against a ceiling surface W1 and is fixed, extended board portions (extended portions) 4 extended form the abutting portion 1 so as to be counterposed to the abutting portion 1, to form a housing space for housing a cable C, and a cable inserting opening 5 for inserting the cable C into the housing space 3. The tips of the extended portions 4 are bent toward the inside of the housing space 3 and the bent portions are caused to function as droppage preventing board portions 8 for preventing the cable C housed in the housing space 3 from dropping. |
