PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To urge a user to open the account of a bank. SOLUTION: A mail distribution server 10 distributes an electronic mail to which temporary digital money that can be converted into electronic money to a client 20 through a network. The temporary digital money has data on an exchange valid period to digital money. When temporary digital money is transmitted to a bank server 30 from the client 20, the bank server 30 judges whether it is in the exchange valid period or not based on data on the exchange valid period of temporary digital money. When temporary digital money is judged to be in the exchange valid period, an account open page is provided to the client 20. The account of the user is established based on it and information on the account is stored in an account data base 34, temporary digital money is paid to the account and temporary digital money is exchanged into digital money. |
