PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction managing server for improving safety in electronic commercial transaction and permitting a user to easily and surely manage the transaction history and to provide a network settlement system using the management server. SOLUTION: The server is provided with a member data base 1a which associatively stores settlement account-related data and member identification data, which are inputted by an offline or a private line, an authorization processing means substituting an authorization request response processing from a shopping server 2 through the Internet 7, a credit sale data base 1b storing credit sale data from the shopping server 2 through the Internet, a credit purchase data base 1c storing credit purchase data from a member through the Internet, a buying/selling data collation means collating credit sale data and credit purchase data and a settlement processing means requesting a settlement processing from a settlement server when the result of buying/ selling data collation is matched. |
