PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premium point management system which is maintained and operated while lightening the cost burden on user and can prompt user to effectively use premium points. SOLUTION: This premium point management system 1 stores accumulation information on premium points issued by a point issuing institution by users, receives a point information transmission request from a user terminal, and sends the point accumulation information to the user terminal. Premium points which meet specific conditions showing that users do not use among premium points included in the point accumulation information are gathered. Consequently, the gathered premium points can be used for the maintenance and operation cost for services using this system. |
