PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light electrode with a polymer film as a base board having such a level of photoelectric conversion efficiency which can be practically used not only in a room but also at outdoor, and to provide a pigment sensitized solar cell using the same. SOLUTION: The light electrode has a transparent conductor film composed of a transparent polymer film on one surface of which, a conductive layer is laminated, and the light semiconductor layer laminated on the conductor layer, and the semiconductor layer includes powder of semiconductor and porous semiconductor particles. The porous semiconductor particles are preferably obtained by firing in the temperature of 400 deg.C or more together with the powder of semiconductor, surface activator, and dispersant, and crushed afterwards. |
