PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent boiling water from being carelessly discharged. SOLUTION: A hot water supply control device comprises a mixing valve 21 to mix water in hot water from an electric water heating apparatus 10; and a control circuit 31 is provided to control a hot supply temperature T through the mixing valve 21. The control circuit 31 drives the mixing valve 21 at a low speed until supply hot water supply temperature T is stabilized and a fluctuation of the hot water supply temperature T can be suppressed to a low value.
