SOLUTION: An electrolytic cell 13 partitioned by a diaphragm 10 into a cathode room 11 storing cathode liquid 11a consisting of nitric acid solution and an anode room 11 storing anode liquid 12a consisting of nitric acid solution including silver nitrate and a circulation pump 18 circulating the nitric acid solution stored in the anode room of the electrolyte through pipes 20, 21 and 22 are provided. The recovery device is detachably charged in a column 23 with insoluble tannin 23d having adsorbed in the middle of the circulation pipe 20.
