PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening/closing device capable of preventing unpleasant sound generated when opening/closing a door. SOLUTION: A sliding door body 2 fitted in an openable/closable manner to an opening frame is moved. An intermediate rail 81 slides relative to a frame rail 51 fitted to one side of the upper end of the opening frame. The intermediate rail 81 slides relative to a door rail 101 fitted to the upper end of a door body. A third engaging claw part 89 and a fourth engaging claw part 114 are provided between the intermediate rail 81 and the door rail 101. A first engaging claw part 75 and a second engaging claw part 86 are provided between the frame rail 51 and the intermediate rail 81. The collision of the door rail 101 against the intermediate rail 81 can be relaxed by the engagement of the first engaging claw part 75 and second engaging claw part 86, and the collision of the intermediate rail 81 against the frame rail 51 can be relaxed by the engagement of the third engaging claw part 89 and fourth engaging claw part 114. Unpleasant sound caused by the mutual collision of the respective rails 51, 81, 101 can thereby be prevented.
