PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electromagnetic interference noise from a communication apparatus. SOLUTION: A plug-in unit 40 plugged into a sub-rack comprises upper and lower horizontal arm assemblies extending horizontally from the upper and lower ends of a front member, vertical column assemblies 48, 49 disposed vertically between the upper and lower horizontal arm assemblies, a metal case 80 covering a printed board 50 to wrap, and leaf spring members 101, 102 fixed to the inner surface of the left and right side plates 81, 82 of the case 80. V-shaped leaf spring pieces 101a, 102a of the leaf spring members 101, 102 abut against the vertical column assemblies 48, 49. The side plates 81, 82 are urged to abut against ribs 16a1, 16a2 by the leaf spring members 101, 102.
