摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve vibration absorbability, with wall thickness of an annular plate per sheet being made possible to be thin, without causing a gap between annular plate with each other by fastening torque of bolt and nut. SOLUTION: A plurality of insertion holes 25 are formed with equal spacing in circumferential direction on a plurality of annular plates 24... arranged at an abutment portion between a first shaft and a second shaft. The first shaft and the second shaft are connected through bolts 26 and nuts 27 to the portions around the insertion holes 25 of the annular plates 24 alternately in circumferential direction. An area close to the insertion hole 25 of the laminated annular plates 24 is deformed plastically and them control means 32 is formed by the plastically deformed part 31. Displacement of the annular plates 24 caused by the fastening of the bolt 26 and the nut 27 can be restrained by the control means 32.
