PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the material data to be shown during the joint work such as a conference to every attendant by an easy operation and without preventing progress of the joint work and also to ensure security without damaging the user's usability. SOLUTION: The information on the file storing places, etc., displayed on an information display device 2 during a conference are transmitted to the terminal devices 3b-3d from the device 2. Thereby, every conference attendant takes back his/her own devices 3b-3d after the end of the conference to connect them to a network and refers to the information shown during the conference via an output device connected to the network to acquire the materials of the conference and also to perform operation to these material data. Thus, it is possible to omit the time and trouble required for distributing the conference materials such as papers, etc., during the conference or recording the place of an original file. Thereby the progress of the conference is not disturbed and it is not necessary to care about deficiency of capacity of the terminal devices, etc., since the file data are not directly transferred to the terminal devices.
