The method for inhibiting metastasizing activity of malignant tumors in vivo provides for single injection of antimetastatic agent within 6 days to the animals with experimental metastasizing malignant tumor, Lewis carcinoma. The serum of the animalscollected within 20-26 hours upon administration of mustard gas is used as such antimetastatic agent.
