PURPOSE: Provided is an aerosol type polishing agent using a propellant gas as a solvent, which has a gloss by itself without rubbing on the surface of a solid and dose not become stained and is dried fast. CONSTITUTION: The aerosol type polishing agent contains 0.5-25vol% of silicon oil selected from the group consisting of silicon oil, aqueous silicon oil, modified silicon oil, or a mixture thereof and the balance being the propellant gas selected from the group consisting of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG), dimethylether(DME), or a mixture thereof. Additionally, the aerosol type polishing agent contains 5-70vol% of an alcohol and 3-15vol% of a dry delaying agent selected from the group consisting of volatile silicon oil, pentane, hexane, or a mixture thereof.
