PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventionally all maintenance services are provided under the initiative of a purchaser or one part of the system of a computer or the like is utilized but is not able to integrate the entire system. SOLUTION: A maintenance item extracting function 135 extracts maintenance service contents required at required timing, while taking into consideration the timing of selling or maintenance service execution conditions on the basis of a reference technology database 137. According to extracted previous notice timing, a previous maintenance notice service distributing function 134 reports the automatically extracted maintenance service contents via the Internet 4 to the purchaser for the first time. Also, these notices are assembled into HTML and stored in a maintenance information database 136 by clients by the previous maintenance notice service distributing function 134 to be referred to for each user. Concerning the notice, electronic mail is sent to a section in charge of maintenance or maintenance staff previously registered in a purchase history database 138. |
