PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-direction operating switch actuated by leaning an operating axis and pushing, which can be miniaturized and easily establish the quantity of an operation load. SOLUTION: The diaphragmatic movable contact points (the second movable contact points) 16 are provided near the outer fringe of the inside of the case 11, and one diaphragmatic movable contact point (the first movable contact point) 15, which is larger than the second movable contact points 16, is laid on the second movable contact point 16 in the central position to overlap with the contact point 16. Further, the slider 13 having the cross-shaped arms 13b is arranged on the first movable contact point and the upper aperture is covered with the cover 12. The knob 14 is fixed to the slider 13. As the two kinds of the diaphragmatic movable contact points (15 and 16) have their overlapped part, the miniaturization is possible. As the diaphragmatic movable contact point 15 (the first movable contact point) of the center actuated by pushing can be formed in a large size, the range in establishing the load is broad.
